Bluff Mountain Outfitters

Bluff Mountain Outfitters is located on the Appalachian Trail in the town of Hot Springs, NC. We specialize in helping Thru-hikers get the right gear to finish their trip on the AT. We also offer shuttle service for the trail, river & bike. Bluff Mountain is one of the highest peaks in Madison County, and the Appalachian Trail crosses it's summit. In 1997 a coalition of groups came together to save Bluff Mountain from a massive timber project.
