The Cody House is located at 186 Lance Avenue (NC209) in the town of Hot Springs.  Coming from Asheville, you enter Hot Springs on US 25/70, which becomes the main street (Bridge Street) through town after you cross the railroad tracks.  Lance Avenue (NC209) is a continuation of this main street (continue straight at the BP Station; do not make a right turn following 25/70 towards TN).  You will find The Cody House on your right 1/10 mile (about 1 block) past the BP Station. 

Coming into Hot Springs on 25/70 from Tennessee, you will come to a stop sign with the BP Station on your right.  Turn right onto Lance Avenue (NC 209) and continue for 1/10 mile (about 1 block) to the Cody House on your right.
